| Ontario Regulation 22/04, Section 13
requires every electrical distributor to engage an auditor to conduct an annual
audit of the distributor’s compliance with Sections 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and to
prepare an audit report. |
The distributor is required to engage an
audit organization that is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada to
register quality management systems, whose scope of accreditation includes
engineering services, construction and electricity supply or an organization
acceptable to the Electrical Safety Authority.
Ontario’s Electrical Safety Authority has reviewed and approved L. Stoch and
Associates and found our organization to be qualified to conduct audits under
Ontario Regulation 22/04.
OR 22/04 Audits

During 2006, in association with Acumen Engineered Solutions Inc. (AESI), L.
Stoch and Associates audited 40 of Ontario’s electrical distribution companies
for compliance with OR 22/04 and provided the required audit reports.
OR 22/04 Support Services

L. Stoch and Associates provided coaching to number of electrical distributors
(other than the above), to assist them in compliance with the regulation and to
help them prepare for auditing.
